Thank you Bikram Yoga!

So ah think ah may have claimed ta dae this in an earlier blog, but ah sorta only barely was able ta touch my palms to tha floor while keepin my knees locked.

Howevah, now ah ken TOTALLY DAE IT WHENEVAH! Even if ah have shoes on too! (note: even when wrestlin ah dont think ah could dae this. It still hurts, but ah ken dae it now!)
